Swap Runes with MagicEden

Swap Runes

Step 1: Visit the MagicEden Home Page and click the “Runes” on the top left corner of homepage, than connect wallet.

Step 2: Browse the top Runes displayed on the dashboard, or use the search field to find a specific Rune you want to swap.

Step 3: After selecting the Rune you want to swap, on the new page that opens, you can see a brief statistic about the selected Rune.

For example, you can view the full name of the Rune token, Sats Price, Dollar Price, 1-day Volume, Market Cap, Total Supply, The Total Number of Trades within 1 day, and finally, The Number of Pending Buys.

Step 4: On the right side of the page, you can see the Runes that are up for sale. Click “Swap“.

Step 5: After pressing “Swap“, you need to enter the BTC amount. In return for the BTC you enter, you will receive the selected Rune Token. Than click “Get Quote“.

Step 6: The Bitcoin amount you entered will display the equivalent value of the selected Rune token based on the current exchange rate. After that, click the “Swap” button.

Step 7: Confirm the Transaction

Step 8: You successfully Swap Rune Token. Wait for the transaction confirmation.

NOTE: Transcation confirmation takes a minimum of 10-20 minutes. After this time, you will see the Rune you swap in your wallet.

This tutorial explains how to swap Runes on Magic Eden’s Runes Platform. After connecting your wallet, you can browse or search for a Rune, review its stats, and select the amount you want to swap. Once you confirm the transaction, it takes 10-20 minutes for the Rune to appear in your wallet.
