Runestone Eligibility Algorithm

Addresses qualify for the Runestone fairdrop based on their inscription holdings at block 826,600. The following criteria apply:

1. Held at least 3 inscriptions.
2. Excludes inscriptions whose file type starts with either “text/plain” or “application/json” (for example “text/plain;charset=utf-8” inscriptions would be excluded).
3. Includes cursed inscriptions that are indexed by ord.
4. Excluding inscriptions whose file type starts with either “text/plain” or “application/json” (for example “text/plain;charset=utf-8” inscriptions would be excluded)
